Thank you for shopping at ISEtribe Shop! We are committed to getting your unique products to you as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
The time required to process and fulfill an order depends heavily on the nature of the items purchased.

General Fulfillment Window: In most cases, orders are processed and ready to ship within two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of purchase.

Custom and Special Run Products: Orders involving special run products, custom orders, or complex logistics may require a longer fulfillment period. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot guarantee the two-week window.

Disclaimer on Delays: We do not claim responsibility for unexpected shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, national/international holidays, or global supply chain issues (including delays in receiving materials from our suppliers). Your shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
2. Shipping Options, Costs, and Carriers
We offer the following shipping options for most destinations. Final costs and specific delivery windows will be calculated and presented to you at checkout.

Note: To qualify for Expedited or Express shipping, your order must be received before the 10:00 AM Pacific Time cut-off. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Notification: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Tracking Number: The confirmation email will contain your tracking number and carrier information, allowing you to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive the email for the tracking information to become active.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship outside of the United States. Please note the following key requirements for all international orders:

Increased Costs: International shipping will require increased costs compared to domestic shipping. These costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT): The customer (recipient/importer) is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in your item price or shipping cost paid to ISEtribe Shop.

Delays: International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs and border processing and are therefore estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs department.
5. Damages, Loss, and Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Damaged Shipments: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
