A. Domestic Shipping (United States):

We ship to all states within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and presented to you at checkout.

B. International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping outside of the United States. International shipping will require increased costs. These costs, along with any applicable import duties, tariffs, or customs fees, must be determined at the time of purchase and paid by the customer prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur after the package has been handed off to the carrier, especially concerning international customs processing.

C. Risk of Loss:

The risk of loss for purchased products passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

 

2.4 Returns and Refunds

 

Our policy on returns and refunds is governed by our Refund Policy, which is accessible via the main site navigation. We maintain a 30-day money-back policy on the cost of the item(s) only, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable.

You are responsible for all applicable sales, goods and services, use, value-added, and other taxes or duties associated with the purchase of goods, regardless of where the shipment is destined.
